Putting Your Membership to Work
To get the most out of your Membership, get involved with the association. Like most things in life, you will get out of your membership what you put in. We advocate for members to identify employees skills, hobbies, passions and encouraging them to volunteer. Committee participation provides opportunities for networking, business development, education, information sharing and much more.

The Young Professionals currently does not have a set date or time for their meetings, meetings are announced via email and the ARCA website.
Arizona Women in Roofing

Expo Committee
This is a dynamic group that plans the annual roofing expo that includes the overall event, meeting & seminar speakers, networking, social activities and much, much more! The Expo Committee currently meets the third Wednesday of the month at 1:00 PM in the ARCA office.
Golf Tournament Committee
The goal of the Golf Committee is to organize three tournaments each year: one in the Spring, one during the Annual Expo, and one dedicated to supporting the Arizona Roofing Industry Foundation (ARIF) scholarship program. The tournaments generate revenue for ARCA’s general fund, helping to maintain the yearly membership fee at an affordable $495 per company. These funds cover essential operational costs, enabling ARCA to offer over 50 safety training classes free of charge to all members and to advocate for the construction trades and roofing industry before the legislature and government agencies. The Golf Committee currently meets the second Tuesday of the month at 2:30 PM in the ARCA office.
Membership & Marketing Committee
The committee provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen connections with current members while building relationships with prospective members. It focuses on developing and implementing strategies to identify potential members, recruit new members, and retain existing memberships. Committee members also serve as "buddies" to new members, helping them navigate ARCA's offerings, sharing information about events, and encouraging active participation. Additionally, the Membership and Marketing Committee organizes social networking events and lunch seminars. The Membership & Marketing Committee currently meets the second Wednesday of the month at 10:30 in the ARCA office.

General funds also allow ARCA to offer over 50 safety training classes free of charge to all members and to advocate on behalf of the construction trades and roofing industry before the legislature and government agencies.
