Troy Griffith, partner at Price Kong & Co., CPAs, P.A., will discuss the importance of evaluating your businesses performance to promote success and profitability. The presentation will highlight sections of the Business Health Check-Up Test designed to evaluate the various aspects of your business, focusing on:

About the Speaker
Troy has worked in public accounting since 2009, earning his certified public accountant (CPA) license in 2013. Prior to joining Price Kong in 2014, he worked for BDO in Anchorage, Alaska, where he ran audits of numerous closely-held business and non-profits.

Troy has been instrumental in developing the firm’s construction practice. He is actively involved with organizations that support the construction industry, including the Construction Finance Management Association (CFMA), the American Subcontractors Association (ASA), the Mechanical Trade Contractors of Arizona (MTCAZ), Associated Minority Contractors of Arizona (AMCA), Arizona Roofing Contractors Association (ARCA), and the Association of Wall and Ceiling Industry (AWCI). Troy is a member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

As audit partner, Troy ensures all client financial reviews and audits are completed in accordance with required auditing standards and individual state compliance regulations. In addition to attest services, he consults with companies on unique GAAP rules and implementations, potential M&A transactions, IFRS reporting, due diligence requests, and operational controls.

The Mission of ARCA's Young Roofing Professionals is to introduce and develop the next generation of roofers by uniting our young professionals with our more seasoned experts through networking, volunteering, education and technology within the industry. The focus is to attract more young people and promote the progress and professionalism of the industry by advancing quality, work ethic and instilling a sense of pride in our skilled tradesmen and future executives.
