Last year, we launched Arizona’s first-ever SkillsUSA Commercial Roofing competition, and it was a huge success—thanks to the incredible support from our members, volunteers, and industry partners.

ARCA along with the NRCA is bringing the second annual roofing competition to the SkillsUSA program (click here to learn more). Arizona currently has several schools interested in participating and becoming a part of our future workforce!

MENTOR
Roofing Contractors have a unique opportunity to pledge their support by offering yours or an employees' time to mentor a student. We believe that your expertise and guidance can play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of skilled roofing professionals. ARCA will try to match schools with mentors based on the mentor's location, either at the office or home, and facilitate the introduction between the teacher and mentor.

ARCA members have a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact by pledging $1000 to sponsor a school. These funds will be used to purchase tools and materials. Your donation will be instrumental in facilitating the growth and development of our aspiring professionals while also addressing the pressing workforce issues that the roofing industry faces.
