Cancellation Policy If for any reason, elements of the 2025 Expo do not take place, ARCA will refund 100% of funds received for the cancelled event(s). The 2025 Expo is a paid ARCA event, registration deadline is August 29. After August 29 cancellations are non-refundable, substitutions are allowed.
