OSHA 30-Hour training is a 30-hour course presented over a period of four consecutive Friday's on construction industry safety, health hazard recognition and prevention developed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the United States Department of Labor. 

Topics in the course cover a wide variety and include personal protection equipment, fall prevention, material handling, scaffolds, tool lockout, and ladder safety.
